Human Purpose

The Wisdom of Kabbalah is a practical, scientific method teaching us how to accept our existence.

We are not existing in a random vacuum, simply appearing on the scene without reason and then disappearing without a trace. There is a very specific meaning to our life. We have a very unique, truly Human purpose we are supposed to attain and fulfill before we pass away.

There is a single, all encompassing source, a force-field that created and sustains reality, including ourselves. And we, as the qualitatively highest level creatures of this source, have to learn how to accept this incredible present, our existence. Moreover we have to learn how to understand and justify the source’s plan and goal for creating us in this world.

Human Existence In Dark, Subjective Caves

Our source is a pure provider, everything originates from it, while we are pure receivers. We can’t create or generate anything. We can only use the resources and forces that surround us, which resources and forces all come from the same, single, all encompassing force that operates by a true “theory of everything”.

Our basic matter that drives us is the desire to receive pleasures, existence, survival for ourselves. And our desire is constantly fulfilled and at the same time intensified by the source that created us. 

With each fulfilment our desires grows double. If we are satisfied with “200” today we need “400” tomorrow. We are constantly searching, yearning for greater, stronger, spicier fulfillments.

While it is difficult to comprehend this from where we stand today, our source is so perfect, good and benevolent that whatever we desire we immediately receive from it.

By default we are programmed with the basic animate desires of food, sex and family, and through history and our evolving social interactions we also developed similarly instinctive social desires of wealth, dominion, fame and knowledge.

Thus we keep demanding fulfillments for these desires, necessities. And whatever we need, demand through these instinctive desires we immediately receive unconditionally from our source. 

The reason we don’t feel it this way is that we are – from the beginning of human evolution – surrounded by other, increasingly greater number of human beings, who are just as selfishly, egoistically demanding the same pleasures, fulfillment as ourselves. 

And since we exist in a closed, finite, natural system we have to ruthlessly, exclusively compete, fight for those necessities, pleasures we want. We have to succeed at the expense of others.

This is why we experience a dark, dangerous, volatile and violent human existence even today. This is why from our present point of view it is impossible to acknowledge the presence of a single governing force, let alone justifying this source as “good and benevolent”.

Moreover since everything is measured from the person’s individualistic, subjective point of view, calculating everything towards the next possible pleasure and away from any painful experience, we lock ourselves into an introverted coordinate system based on time, space and physical motion, which coordinate system revolves around our individual observer.

So we find ourselves in our present dark, subjective, constantly threatened individual caves, living a temporary life bound by time, space and physical motion.

The Human Free Choice

There are certain unique people, original, empirical, natural scientists – called Kabbalists – who tell us, that if we transcended our inherent set of animate and social desires, if we rose above our default, instinctive paradigm, existence changing what and how we demand, expect from life, we could receive a very different existence and fulfillment from the same source.

As Kabbalist explain to us the omnipotent source that created and sustains reality wants to give us a very different form of existence. It is ready to provide us with infinity, eternity, it is destined to give us an existence that can only be compared to existing like our source. But it can give us only what we ask for.

Human beings are the only creatures with absolute free choice regarding their state. We are the only elements of the whole reality which can scrutinize and decide on what way they want to exist. We can continue demanding, crying instinctively, unconsciously like babies, or we can form a proactive, conscious, fully scrutinized request, demand.

 

Asking The Impossible From An Invisible Source

So why wouldn’t people naturally ask for such a prefect, infinite and eternal existence over the present dark, painful and limited one?

First of all by default we have no idea, let alone proof that such an interactive, all encompassing source in reality exists. And since such direct relationship, proof doesn’t exist we are incapable of asking for something that is completely against our inherent nature, operating software.

The potentially unlimited, eternal existence, rising above all the problems we presently experience is only possible through reaching a completely objective, transparent observer viewpoint. And that is only possible by total self-annulment, removing our “self” from all equations, calculations. As Kabbalists put it, “the one who wants to live has to die first”.

How is it possible to ask the impossible – complete self-annulment – from a source that seemingly doesn’t exist?

The Method And The Laboratory

The above mentioned Kabbalists – who by their unique, unparalleled personal sensitivities, abilities, through unique environmental conditions revealed and researched that single governing force – provide us with the special tools.

They left us an extensive body of writings, their research journals while objectively observing and gradually attaining reality’s source and its evolutionary plan. By studying these original, authentic writings people in unique environmental conditions, in special “human laboratories” can “transport” themselves to the states the Kabbalists wrote their books from.

And these Kabbalists also precisely defined the parameters and methodology of that “human laboratory” where the experiments and the gradual attainment can unfold.

The laboratory and the practical method has to fulfill two purposes. The aspiring scientists, potential Kabbalists need to establish a connection, communication with reality’s single force. And then through that communication they need to go through the unprecedented inner transformation, inner revolution resulting in the desired objective, transparent observer.

Science Based On Faith

For people who don’t take part in this process the whole methodology and activity would seem mysterious, fantastical. The aspiring members of these “human laboratory” need to build a new reality out of nothing, based on “faith” above inherent reason.

Since they have no inherent connection to reality’s creating source, they have no previous conscious experience with it, they have to formulate, create this source in between them.

And since the only tangible notion they have in their hands is the written sources and the method previous Kabbalists provided, their work starts with “faith in the sages”. They simply have to start acting out the practical method, the provided exercises “above logic and reason”.

But they don’t have to, and must not blindly believe in the Kabbalists. Those previous scientists are simply providing the tools. The members of the unique laboratory should only accept, take into account what they themselves achieve, attain through those tools. Only their actual, realistic emotional impressions, their own tangible experiences are taken into account.

The Real “Faith”

The Kabbalistic sources provide a description, template about reality’s single creating and governing force. They describe this source as the essence of selfless, altruistic, unconditional love and service towards others.

This is the essence, quality the members of the mutual “human laboratory” place above them as purpose, as goal they want to generate, sense in between them, towards one another.

Then through their mutual efforts, exercises they want to acquire the actual perception, sensation of this essence, quality within the mutual connections they build with each other.

Real “faith” doesn’t mean some blind belief, acceptance of something unrealistic, intangible. The real “faith” is the actual sensation, perception of the “godly qualities” of selfless, altruistic and unconditional love and service towards others.

The reason it is called “faith” is that this new perception, the emotional impression appears above, despite the inherent human nature. The members of the “human laboratory” start experiencing “otherworldly” loving, bestowing sensations, impressions, while their inherent perception remains as contrast, sharp background serving the new revelations, new perception.

The Right Request

As mentioned at the beginning we are recipients, creatures. We are unable to create or generate anything ab ovo. We can’t reach, acquire the new “godly qualities” on our own. We have to request them from our source.

In order to reach such overwhelming request that receives an answer we have to make that source as realistic as possible in the “human laboratory”. At the same time the desire, yearning for the new quantities have to become more important, desirable than anything else in existence. Only an insatiable, irrepressible, all or nothing, “life or death” request, demand, prayer receives an answer.

Thus the members of this unique human circle on one hands have to play act towards one another the desired “godly qualities” as if they already possessed them.

With the help of the authentic sources and the experienced guide, teacher, and with the contribution of the naturally appearing positive envy, desire for respect, acceptance then those “godly qualities” become so important, yearned for that at the end nothing else matters but receiving those capabilities.

Reaching Adhesion

But even wanting, demanding the capability of selfless, altruistic love and service towards others is not enough.

As mentioned above the reason we sense ourselves in a dark, suffering filled, volatile reality is that we all ask for ourselves. Even the “godly qualities” we can’t demand for ourselves since such a demand would keep is anchored in the same reality.

Thus we have to reach such self-annulment in that human laboratory that we only ask for, demand the ability of selfless, altruistic love and bestowal for the others.

But even this is not enough. This would still make is like a professional sports team, unique commando that wants to succeed for its own sake. This the mutual circle needs to ask for the rest of humanity, so each and every person could reach the ability to love and serve others.

Even this is not enough. The place of reward, the beneficiary has to be completely “out of reach”, beyond one’s comprehension in order to make it truly selfless, altruistic. We have to perform all the efforts, reach complete self-annulment in order to serve the very source that created us.

Our aim, intention needs to be facilitating the completion of the plan of evolution, to make its source content, satisfied. Our prefect request, demand needs to be to receive the ability to give contentment to the source that created us.

Only when we reach such an utterly impossible, completely nullified state, a demand for such a self-annulment, being ready to “blot ourselves out of the book of creation” unconditionally honoring the source of creation, which source we still can’t tangible feel, comprehend, then our request receives an answer.

When such a prefect, transparent, selfless demand, prayer is reached by a circle of people, they become absolutely clean, purified of any selfish, egoistic distortion. They don’t hijack or grab anything towards themselves any longer.

In that prefect request they become equal and unified, they reach complete similarity with the source of creation. Thus they become a suitable vessel to receive the prefect reward: an unblemished, infinite and eternal existence.
