Sentient Creatures

Sentient Creatures

Human beings are sentient creatures. Many of us are very proud of our mind, intellect, but in truth our basic matter is a desire and we perceive the world through emotional impressions.

Our mind, intellect is secondary. It sorts, arranges those emotional impressions, comparing them to previously acquired, inherited memories, templates, building the picture of the world from the emotional tastes, colors, vibrations.

Subjective Love-Hate Relationship

The world we see around us is an emotional map of reality, assessed, judged by our observer. This observer – seemingly situated in the center of the Universe – arranges, orders this Universe around its “self” with the help of a subjective time, space and physical motion based coordinate system.

Although we seemingly use absolute laws, principles to describe reality – like mathematical formulas, the laws of physics with discernible forces, vectors – at the end of the day the conclusion we derive from those laws is again purely emotional.

We simply can’t be neutral to anything, as soon as we get into contact with objects, notions other living organisms, we build a subjective emotional relationship with them. And this emotional relationship – although seemingly multi-faceted, multi-colored – can be deduced into a simplistic, black and white picture.

We have a “love-hate relationship” with the world around us, based on our operating software, that is written on the egocentric “pleasure-pain principle”. We either love and embrace, or hate and thus reject whatever we get into contact with depending on whether we judge the “good vs evil” from our subjective, self-serving point of view. The rest of the “colors” are simply shades of this love-hate, pleasure-pain coupling.

We have constant reminders, plenty of examples of how we clothe whatever we see, hear, smell, taste or touch into human emotions.

We humanize the inanimate, vegetative, animate and human parts of reality around us. We even build emotional connection to our cars, computers, geometrical notions like a circles or rectangles, simple numbers, colors, natural phenomenon like water, fire, hot and cold etc. We differentiate in between them based on our personal, subjective emotional impressions.

Deep down we are operated by such a “baseless love/hate” attitude towards everything we perceive. Thus the emotional colors, shades we associate with different things around us depend on whether they offer potential pleasures, rewards or potential suffering, pain for our self-obsessed observer.

Watching Our Own Disney Movie

This way we form the world around us onto our own image, coloring, sorting it according to our emotional relationship with everything in it. The whole world is like a “Disney cartoon” which we direct, draw and color for ourselves.

We don’t actually directly perceive the world around us. Instead we are watching this self-made, self-projected “cartoon, caricature” of a reality that “might be present around us”. But in truth we don’t know, we don’t even care if we are surrounded by a “real world”. We only relate to the subjective, emotionally charged personal “motion picture” that is built inside of us.

The Survival Need To Meet “Outside”

We would be happy to continue sitting in our own “Plato’s Caves”, in this personal cinema, content with watching the “shadows on the wall”. But we find ourselves in an unprecedented, constantly deepening and seemingly insolvable crisis engulfing our lives today.

It is very sharp and clear by now that we won’t be able to solve our problems simply staying in our subjective caves. Global problems are only solvable mutually, collectively.

Without achieving a unique, unprecedented, collective problem solving capability we won’t be able to survive within our global, integral evolutionary conditions.

Thus for the first time in human history we are all forced to leave our personal, self-serving, self-justifying, introverted caves in order to try finding a common “clearing”, where we could assemble in order to find a way to survive.

We have to reevaluate how we relate to others to the world around us. Instead of the simple, instinctive, egocentric, explosive attitude we are forced to build true, mutual, equally beneficial connections with others.

Suddenly we have a real need to try observing reality “as it is”, emerging from our personal cinema, leaving behind our individual movies.

Who Do We Love?

Actually this “leaving the cave” is symbolic as due to our inherent nature, subjective perception we can never actually leave this personal scanning, mapping of the “external reality” surrounding us. The only thing we can change is the approach, attitude and intention we turn towards that “external reality” with.

We can change whether we keep focusing, looking inside our cave, only caring about ourselves, or we choose to look outside, exploring the “wider world” surrounding this personal cocoon trying to understand how reality works beyond self-interest.

We will always “humanize”, wrap into “love-hate emotional clothing” everything we perceive. But the direction of this “love-hate” relationship is what will change.

Since everything is based on the above mentioned “love-hate relationship” with reality around us, everything will depend on who do we love more, ourselves or whatever is outside of ourselves?

Preparing To Escape Self-Love

Unique, empirical natural scientists – who already managed to make this shift in perception – explain, that “outside of us” there is nothing else but a perfect, infinite, “quantum reality”. That quantum reality with its timeless, infinite possibility dimension is permeated by a single, all encompassing force-field.

It is this force-field that seemingly provides us with an “external world” we emotionally react to.

Our purpose in life is to start perceiving this singular force-field, shifting our existence from our present, limited, time, space and motion based system – our dark, individual caves – to that unbounded “quantum system”.

In order to perceive that force-field we have to come to “love” it. The shift in perception happens by shifting from our inherent “self-love” to loving that “force-field” that created us and still governs our life. We only care about, focus on, analyze and attain what we “love”.

Thus in order to attain reality outside of ourselves, instead of living for, solely serving ourselves, we have to come to serve, exist for the sake of that primordial force-field surrounding us.

But how is it possible to choose to love, exist for something instead of ourselves, when we can’t even sense, comprehend that force-field through our present consciousness, perception of reality?!

Escaping The Cave

Those unique scientists explain that we can approach this supernatural state “through a certain backdoor”.

Instead of trying to sense and embrace this so far unseen, incomprehensible force-field around us, first we need to “escape from the cave”. First we need to achieve liberation from our inherently obligated “self-love”.

Without such unprecedented freedom, shrugging off the all encompassing tyranny, control of our selfish ego we don’t even have a chance to turn towards anything outside of our own circle with love, true interest.

Only after such liberation can we start focusing outside of our subjective, introverted caves to the “outside”, where we inevitably find that force-field.

Still in order to shift our focus away from ourselves, in order to escape “self-love” we need some “instrument”, “buffer” that could draw our attention, our love away from ourselves.

The Collective Escape

As they say “the prisoner can’t escape from prison alone”. Fortunately we are not alone.

Even in our personal movies we are surrounded by other people. And regardless of whether we consider these people “real” or simply a projection of our own “photographic machine” we can organize a unique “gang of prisoners” out of them that can help each other to reach freedom.

Together this “gang” can break out of the slavery to the inherent, selfish ego, entering that above mentioned quantum reality in the other side of the prison wall.

As we discussed before what they need to focus on first is the escape. In other words first they need to break the stronghold of “self-love” on that observer spark in them aspiring to escape.

These determined “prisoners of the ego” have to organize a unique mutually supportive, devoted circle with a single purpose: to dig each other out of “self-love” using a unique, practical method.

The method in short is based on play acting towards one another such committed, consistent support, care, “brotherly love”, that after a while one’s inherent self-protective, self-serving reflexes simply give up, let down the hard shield covering one’s heart.

Then the overwhelming mutual support, brotherly love can neutralize one’s inherent self-love allowing the person to start turning away from the self towards the “outside”.

Floating In Space

At this stage the main point is this freedom, neutrality, they received allowing them to exist, perceive reality above the distortion of the inherently egoistic, subjective self. One escapes the restrictions of the self-centered time, space and motion based coordinates.

With this new ability the members of this mutual circle feel like astronauts, after going through the equalizing airlock floating out into space.

Without their selfish egos anchoring them, restricting their observing ability these “astronauts” can freely float in that selfless space. For the first time they can observe, taste, sample the single, all encompassing force-field permeating reality.

Emotional Relationship With The Source

As mentioned above, even in this selfless state people perceive everything from their own, individual point of view, in an emotional manner. Thus without the selfish, egoistic gravitational pull of their inherent “self-love” these unique astronauts can start embracing this all encompassing force, building an emotional picture, map about it.

As those empirical scientists are explaining our purpose in life is getting to know this all encompassing, life giving source until we fully “fall in love” with it, completely justifying its plan and how the system works and develops.

Such full justification requires the observers to fully attain and agree to the plan and each and every state in it. And that is only possible when we attain the “mind”, viewpoint of the force-field that created and governing our reality.

And this requires complete similarity of qualities since understanding, attaining requires similarity in between the researcher and the researched. Only when we reached complete similarity with those all encompassing force-field can we adhere to it like “two lovers”.

When we escape self-love it doesn’t automatically make us similar. We become “neutral”, capable of existing above the instincts self-love, not wanting automatically everything for ourselves at the expense of others. We become like reformed alcoholics afraid of touching the bottle. They are sober but aware of the danger of falling back in addiction again.

In that state we can observe reality as it is, like a baby, subconsciously aware of life’s unprecedented beauty, perfection but unable to comprehend, understand why it is beautiful or perfect. We sense ourselves in a perfect state but can’t explain let alone justify our previous, inherent state or judge the state of the rest of the system.

The Stages Of (Self) Love

As we mentioned above understanding, attaining happens through similarity of form, similarity of qualities. We can only understands moreover justify reality’s life giving force-field by becoming similar to it.

It is like children finally understanding and justing their parents, their seemingly harsh treatment of them when they themselves become parents and have to raise their own children.

Which opens up a very interesting thing: when these unique pioneers, “astronauts” start embracing, falling in love with nature’s all encompassing force they don’t actually sense that force directly.

Our subjective perception never changes. But we start loving this force-field, its “godly qualities” of selfless, altruistic and unconditional love and service that we sense in ourselves, within the mutual connections we build with one another.

We start sensing this unique life giving circulation streaming through us towards others.

Thus even “self-love” doesn’t change. But we start loving our new “self”, the one capable of unconditionally loving and serving the others as if the “self” only existed for the sake of this service.

How do we know that we are not kidding ourselves, and believe we have become “righteous” while still doing everything for the original “self-love”?

Our original nature, insatiable and ever growing selfish, egoistic inclination never disappears. We manage to neutralize it, create a certain distance from it, but it remains constantly hungry, constantly demanding for itself.

When we start sensing nature’s life giving, absolutely loving force streaming through us, it is felt sharply, distinctly above the original inclination that is increasingly outraged, dismayed by our new inclination.

It continues to demand, question, doubt everything, constantly whispering into our ears like a “snake”, spying on everything we try to do.

The actual “self”, the unique “Human” observer is the one born in between the original, selfish, egoistic inclination and the newly acquired, “supernatural”, “godly inclination”.

It is this new, Human observer that starts building the infinite, eternal emotional picture of reality within the unfolding contrast.

Favorable Judgement

We exist in a precise, complete, lawful system governed by strict, unbending, “iron” laws.

When we find ourselves in the unbounded quantum system we are as if entering into an electric circuit, computer software with very clear mathematical, physical formulas, predictable cause and effect processes.

But from our subjective, 100% point of view we start painting this dormant, tasteless, colorless system with boundless emotions, colors, tastes that go off any chart we have ever experienced.

But this time our emotional observer is not sitting introverted in its dark, individual cave. This time our observer is a judge playing its role in a cosmic courtroom drama.

Our judge has a single purpose: to prove without any doubt that we exist in the best possible, most optimal reality, that it created, permeated and governed by a single, utterly benevolent, merciful force.

In the courtroom on one hand we have our prosecutor, accuser, the devil’s advocate. This is our inherently selfish, egoistic inclination, questioning everything, doubting the merciful benevolence of nature’s single creating force. It even questions the sole rulership of this force coming we exist in a random system working by chance, giving absolute freedom to everything that exists.

On the other hand we ourselves “nominate” a defender, the advocate representing this natural force. The strength, convincing ability of this defender -trying to prove the singularity and benevolent, merciful intention of our source – depends on its similarity to, understanding of the governing natural force.

Only when this defender – by the virtue of understanding nature’s governing force through “its actions” – itself approaching, acting towards reality with the absolute mercy and love that are the alleged hallmarks of nature’s creating force – can without doubt prove the natural force’s case in front of the court, can the judge role in its favor.

The judge is just, it has only what its eyes see, thus the ruling depends on the precise balance in between the devil’s advocate’s accusations and the defense our own “godly advocate” represent.

Everything depends on the abilities of the defense advocate. The accuser is shrewd, talented, loud and overwhelming. And its strength and confidence constantly grows.

How the defense advocate fares depends solely on how much the people in their mutual circle, in their “minyan” can build in between them the utter unconditional love and service of others, in order to feel nature’s life giving force streaming through them.

While the devil’s advocate can lie, mislead, create the greatest possible circus the defense advocate can’t lie. It has to convince the judge with absolute sincerity, nature’s “godly qualities” shining through it without any doubt, uncertainity.

The end of the courtroom drama is of course a happy ending. The defense advocate becomes so “shining”, wise and overcoming that even the devil’s advocate has no other option but to join and testify in favor for nature’s single, benevolent, life giving force.

And while this drama seemingly unfolds on a cosmic scale, including all levels, elements of the Universe, in truth it only unfolds within the mutual interactions in between the original “gang of prisoners” continuing there mutual “game of love” which has become “dead serious” and real.
