Question: What are the signs of hope that warrant a little optimism about humankind’s future?
Answer: While it might sound as a paradox, it is specifically the present desperate helplessness, loss of hope that gives us optimism.
We are born with an proud, inherently selfish, egoistic and hateful nature that drives us towards ruthless, exclusive competition, success at the expense of others. Through this inherent nature we have been building our civilizations through history, stumbling through failures, crisis situations, man-made disasters in recurring vicious cycles.
Today we are reaching another dead end which threatens us with such a civilisation ending explosion, that could wipe us all out. This started to awaken masses of people who are asking about the purpose of life, meaning of our existence.
The seemingly inevitable, immediate final meltdown softened us, humiliated our stubborn, foolish Human pride, and we are ready to unearth the true culprit behind all of Humanity’s problem: our own Nature.
We reached a crucial crossroad in our evolution when we start to understand that “changing/correcting the world” means changing, correcting ourselves. And this won’t happen through politics, economics, social movement or wars. It can only happen through a unique, purposeful, practical education/upbringing program.
