Answer: In you.
Our perception of reality is absolutely subjective. Since perception works on similarity of form/qualities, we can only perceive something if it has its matching template, frequency in us.
Thus the “outside world” we see is our own “external projection”, we draw ourselves on a clean white canvas. In other words there is nothing on the “outside”, everything and everybody is in us, within the observer.
