Being A Trickster

Question: What is the trickiest thing that you knew someone did to get success?

Answer: The trickiest thing one can do to be successful is tricking one’s own ego. Of course everything depends on what we consider success.

If we consider success the usual, “successful” pursuit and fulfillment of the instinctive desires of food, sex, family, money, power and knowledge, then being “shrewd” usually means tricking, exploiting others, succeeding at their expense.

But if we consider success reaching Humanity’s evolutionary purpose – becoming a single, fully integrated, mutually responsible and mutually complementing Human “super-organism”, acquiring a special “collective intelligence” that is capable of unlocking and comprehending Nature’s infinite Wisdom – then the “shrewdness” leading to success is tricking, exploiting our own egos in the right environment.

Then there we can gradually pull one another out of our inherently egoistic, selfish and greedy nature in order to build that “perfect Humanity” that can become the “crown of evolution”.
