Learning Happiness

Question: What do you personally need to feel happy in life?

Answer: In order to feel happy in life, we need to acquire the ability to feel “happiness”. Happiness as something “airy”, intangible, we don’t know how and where to grasp it.

Thus first we need to learn that “happiness” is a unique addition, consequence of fulfilling needs, desires. It is like a “seal” on something accomplished, as they say “…happiness is the result of good deeds…”

Then we also have to learn that we are not individual creatures as our proud, egoistic nature tries to convince us. Instead we are individual cells of the same, fully integrated and interdependent Human “super-organism”.

True happiness is this unified, integrated organism sensing the “circle of life”, its life giving, life sustaining energy circulating through previously unsensed, seemingly non-existent unique interconnections, when each person – individual cell – commits to make calculations only for the sake of others, for the sake of the whole collective, above and despite the instinctive selfish calculations.

Then each of us can personally sense this “true happiness” circulating within the system we made conscious through our interconnections.
