Question: Does perception precede reality; and is reality made up of our thoughts?
Answer: From our point of view perception is reality, since our reality is what we perceive in our inherently egocentric, subjective way. We can’t even say if there is a reality “outside of us” as we live completely inside ourselves.
And this reality is not made up of thoughts, but it is made up of emotional impressions since we are 100% emotional creatures.
If we want to find out if there is an absolute reality “outside of ourselves” we need to “get out of ourselves”.
For that we need a very unique “Human laboratory” allowing us to start sensing, perceiving the world through the desires, emotions, viewpoints of others…
