Question: How do you like to ‘ground’ yourself?
Answer: Exactly as the expression suggests – I need to set roots into the right, fertile soil.
Whether we like it or not – and our inherently proud, individualistic ego protests till the end – we are the product of the environment we exist in.
So in order to “ground” ourselves we need to plant ourselves into the right, purposeful, mutually supportive, mutually complementing environment.
Then from there we will receive the right “nutrition”: values, goals, support, inspiration so we can grow into the best possible version of us.
