Standing In The Shoes Of Others

Question: What are some things you didn’t realize about people until you had an experience that gave you a fresh perspective?

Answer: We can’t get to know others until we actually try to “enter” them and start perceiving reality through their desires, needs and viewpoints.

When we succeed to achieve this for the first time and find ourselves in the “shoes of others” we become perplexed, shocked how wrong, judgmental and “evil” we were before, allowing our inherently selfish, hateful nature to dictate our view of others!

Then we become even more perplexed and shocked when we start to feel how much more pleasure, fulfillment we can receive when we feel pleasure, happiness through the fulfillment and happiness of others we cause for them!
