Question: What’s the point of anything? We’re all just living our lives to die.
Answer: You are right, the way we live our lives right now, simply, blindly chasing and fulfilling animate (food, sex, family) and social (wealth, power/fame, knowledge) desires in between involuntary birth and death, we are just like other animals, only caring about a simple day to day survival as long as we can.
On the other hand we are named Human, separating us from, elevating us above other animals – despite our biological makeup being almost completely identical – for a reason.
Only Human beings have the capability, inclination to ask about the reason we live, why we were born, what the meaning of this seemingly pointless life is, whether we have a purpose in this vast, cosmic, natural “machinery”? These questions and the search to find answers to them makes us Human.
And since Nature is perfect, where there are no mistakes, there is no surplus, if there is a question, there is an answer to it. We have a unique evolutionary purpose in this system, we have the capability, moreover the evolutionary obligation to find this purpose by studying and fully understanding the general developmental plan behind everything with all of its cause and effect processes.
And then we start realizing something mind-boggling: this whole, incomprehensible, vast, cosmic Universe was created only for us, for Human beings to go through this special educational program, leading us to our most optimal, Human purpose. We are destined to reach a “graduation” at the end of this education, where we acquire the wisdom, capability the “recreate” reality and sustain its most optimal, perfect state.
