Question: What’s the best way to know if you are surround yourself with the right crowd?
Answer: We are emotional creatures, our mind, intelligence is “only” secondary, trying to make sense, catalog, sort our emotions. So we need to search for confirmation in our emotions.
We know we are in the right crowd when we feel absolutely confident in reaching the collective goals we set in this environment, and we sense elation, constant supply of fuel, “supernatural” ability to carry on, marching ahead towards that goal, despite the multiple obstacles, heaviness, difficulties we encounter along the way.
