Answer: Inviting people with differing, even opposing viewpoints to a uniquely organized and moderated workshop, round table discussion.
There each can practice and experience seeing, tasting things from the viewpoints of others until they mutually build a completely new, composite understanding, attainment none of them had in them beforehand.
