Question: What can I do today to make the world a better place?
Answer: In order to make the world a better place, to correct, solve problems, first we need to know what is wrong with the world.
By now we have enough experiences to conclude that we can’t change, correct the world through political, social, economic or military means. We have tried all kinds of combinations of those solutions, failing each time.
This is because the real problem is in us, it is with our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egoistic nature, that distorts, corrupts everything on our own favour. And it is not only certain people, group of people, nations or cultures that are “sick” with this egoistic nature, but all of us.
Thus in order to make the world a better place we all need to change ourselves, we all need to acquire a second, altruistic nature. And such fundamental, revolutionary self-change – without coercion, through positive motivation – is possible only through a new educational method.
