Answer: Try to find the other side of the coin, which is love.
In any relationship – co-dependency – we find two opposite sides: hate-love or fear-love. One cannot exist without the other as we can’t discern emotions without their complete opposite being also present in the same relationship.
Thus try to find, note precisely try to build “true love” opposite to the negative emotion you feel right now. True Love is not given, it is not instinctive, we have to acquire it above the inherently selfish, egoistic distrust, rejection
