Question: What’s the closest thing to magic that actually exists?
Answer: On one hand we exist in a perfect Natural system that works according to very precise, “iron”, unchanging laws that drive a predetermined, intelligent evolutionary plan, thus from systemic point of view there are no miracles, there is no magic.
On the other hand as we develop, from each actual state our next, higher state seems like a miracle, since we don’t possess the consciousness and perception of reality that could research or comprehend what exists “one level higher”.
So for us now the ability, to not to think only about ourselves, not to plot life according to a completely self-obsessed, self-serving “pleasure/pain calculation” seems like magic. This is why we need a very special educational method that uses the “secrets of the Torah” to prepare us for that next “magical state”.
