Question: Are good leaders born or made?
Answer: Good leaders are “made” by others, who lift them on their shoulders against their own will seeing their positive leadership qualities.
A self-appointed leader – like most of the leaders today – who believe that they are special and they are capable of leading others, ruling over others, are automatically disqualified from being “good leaders”.
They are the greatest self-serving egoists who can never become true “public servants”, leading by positive example.
Good leaders are “reluctant”, they don’t trust themselves but trust the collective, lead through teamwork, lead by positive example, and they only take on leadership because others believe in them, trust them.
