The Paradox Of Global Human Existence

Question: What is your biggest paradox?

Answer: “If I am not for myself who is, but if I am only for myself, who am I?

We are born with an inherently self-protecting, self-catering, self-justing nature. There is nothing wrong with this, it is part of the natural “survival reflex”.

On the other hand we evolved into a globally integrated, fully interdependent system, where survival depends on selfless, unconditional care for others, making calculations for the whole system above self-interest.

So how can we solve this paradox which threatens our collective survival at the moment?!

Only by learning how to build societies on the so called “mutual guarantee”, applying Nature’s laws governing closed, integral, living systems on ourselves.
