Answer: First of all I would urgently introduce a completely new upbringing, education, positive propaganda, in order to teach my people the crucial importance of unity, mutually responsible and mutually complementing cooperation.
In our modern, globally integrated and fully interdependent world no family, society, nation, not the whole Humanity can survive without unity above and despite everything that forces us apart.
It is sadly true that as a dictator I would find it much easier to introduce this ground breaking education, while in our present pseudo-liberal democracy – where everybody serves only their own selfish interest against the interest of the collective – this is basically impossible, even if our collective survival depends on it!
