Question: Is today’s world a good place to live in? If yes, why can’t we solely depend on making the world and its people happy as our founding philosophy for life?
Answer: No, today’s world is not a good place to live in. And it is not a good place because we cannot set “making the world and its people happy” as our founding philosophy.
And we cannot set that our founding philosophy because the “founding philosophy” that is programmed in us by birth is to make ourselves happy at all cost, most of all at the expense of others.
Now this is not “evil” or “sinful” since we had absolutely no free choice about the nature we were born with. On the other hand when today we started to recognize that this inherently selfish, egoistic Human nature that is the root of all Humanity’s problems, that this nature of ours is the reason no political, economic, social or military means can create safe, peaceful, fair and sustainable societies, we have to make a decision that the only way of solving problems and surviving is changing ourselves.
Thus in order to make the happiness of the world and its people the founding philosophy of our life, we need a unique, integral upbringing/education program, as that is the only way we can initiate and execute fundamental self-changes in us through positive motivation, joining in willingly.
