Question: What is something that’s underrated in this day and age?
Answer: In this day and age, when only superficial, fake looks, actions are taken into consideration, when we measure everything through material possessions, through one’s monetary worth, the most underrated thing is “Human connection”.
We think we connect through social media, that we have thousands of friends, while we completely forgot what it means to connect to another Human being.
People are inventing new buzzwords like “micro-dating” for the simple actions of sitting down next to each other just to have a short conversation without electronic gadgets! We do not even remember that this used to be “normal” contact in between people. Now we want “micro-dating” to save our empty, meaningless relationships, marriages!
We have completely lost the “art” of building and sustaining true, positive, selflessly loving and caring Human connections. We try to replace this “art” with catchy phrases, “campaigns”, cheap solutions.
And since it is Human connection that makes us Humans, it is the mutual connection that facilitates the circulation, communication that defines life, we actually underrate “being Human”, we underrate “Life” itself!
Thus we urgently need a new, “truly Human” education in order to learn how to become Human thru the right interconnections, relationships!
