Answer: “Bnei Baruch” is a relatively unknown brand among spiritual teachings, even among those who teach Kabbalah.
And it also has a lot of opposers, enemies among those who tried it and found it to be completely different from other teachings, not fulfilling their expectations thus the turned their back on its teachings.
It’s true that although Bnei Baruch has many thousands of students worldwide, after an initial “honeymoon period” it doesn’t provide the usual “fluffy”, reassuring, warm, satisfying feeling, psychological soothing other spiritual teachings, practices provide.
So people who existed those become disillusioned, angry, frustrated.
This is because the authentic Kabbalah Bnei Baruch teaches goes directly against our inherently self-serving, self-satisfying, self-justifying, egotistic and subjective nature.
It doesn’t help us directly to get richer, more successful, to look better, sleep better, have a better sex life, become calmer, more relaxed and so on.
Those who study Kabbalah from Bnei Baruch feel themselves in constant inner split, inner war revealing and fighting their ruthless inner governor, the ego.
They try the truly impossible: to realistically, tangibly love others more than themselves according to the single most important rule of the Torah, “Love your neighbor as yourself”.
On the other hand only those who persevere and succeed in this process can reach our “truly Human”level in existence: being similar to Nature’s “godly” qualities of selfless, altruistic, unconditional love and service of others.
And by that similarity they attain Nature’s perfection, becoming equal, fully conscious partners with the system.
